Refurbishment

TOPCO can provide used equipment refurbishment services according to customer's specifications. This refurbishment work includes equipment exterior cleaning, repainting, parts cleaning and replacement, functional testing, equipment wafer size conversion, equipment modification, process changes, process upgrading, etc.

TOPCO owns two refurbishment centers located in Taiwan and China.

Relocation

TOPCO provides total integrated services for semiconductor process equipment relocation around Grand China. TOPCO plays a key role in fab relocation project management. TOPCO can arrange equipment inspection, de-installation, equipment move-out, packing, crating, transportation, and reinstallation. TOPCO also provides services in export/import procedures consultation for clients.

Start up/ Preventive Maintenance/ Process Support

TOPCO provides preventive maintenance for Monthly PMs, Quarterly PMs and Annual PMs for used equipment. TOPCO can also provide most spare parts for PM usage. Additionally, TOPCO's experienced engineers will provide customers with process technology support.

Integration Service

TOPCO provides total services to our customers in the semiconductor Front-End process. We can provide Used Equipment, Refurbishment, De-installation, Reinstallation, Warranty and Relocation Logistics Services.

TOPCO can provide equipment planning for customers to set up a line or whole fab. TOPCO will initial the list of equipment suggestion which will be following the categories of customers' products, and the information of the estimate capacity.

TOPCO is an expert at providing semiconductor equipment relocation logistics services. TOPCO is one of the few companies with whole fab relocation service experience in China and East-South Asia Area. We know what the critical points are and how to provide excellent relocation services to the customer.

TOPCO also provides after-services for semiconductor equipment, including spare parts sourcing and supply, and equipment trouble shooting for equipment.

Material

TOPCO cooperates with the best company in the semiconductor materials sector: Shin-Etsu Chemical Co., Ltd, Japan. TOPCO provides the various materials for Shin-Etsu, such as Silicon Wafer, Silicon on Insulator Wafer, Lapped Wafer, 、Diffused Wafer, Reclaim Wafer, Mask Blank, etc, and technical support to meet the client's request.

Spare Parts

In both semiconductor and LCD industries, TOPCO not only serves requests of used equipment, but also provides the materials of spare parts to all processes such as diffusion, etch, thin film...etc. Furthermore, TOPCO works with both famous Japanese and American companies to do parts reengineering, cleaning, refurbishing and sourcing in order to provide customer a total parts services（TPS）.
