  • 1¡B What is my warranty?
  • A : We provide a three-month warranty for all the used equipment we sell.This warranty includes non-consumable parts and troubleshooting during the three-month warranty period.
  • 2. If TOPCO does not have the equipment I need, what I should do?
  • A : You should send an inquiry to us via our website,and we will have a sales specialist contact you.
  • 3. What should I do if I have equipment I want to sell?
  • A : You should send a detailed description of the equipment for sale, selling price and date of availability to TOPCO via our website. TOPCO will have a sales specialist contact you to help you sell your equipment.
  • 4¡BWhat services do I receive for purchasing used equipment?
  • A : TOPCO will provide a total package service for you after refurbishment and a three-month warranty. If you are interested in a dedicated item, we can reserve it for you for two weeks after we receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) from you. During this period, we will not sell this reserved item to any other customer.
  • 5¡BHow long will it take to receive an answer after I have submitted information?
  • A : After we receive your equipment purchase inquiry, we will have our sales staff contact you within one working day. After confirming your configuration, if this inquiry is on-hand equipment, we will provide you with a fee quote for this inquiry within three working days.
  • 6¡BHow can I become a member?
  • A : Simply go to the Member Area to register your membership.
  • 7¡BWhat are the advantages to be a member?
  • A : As a member, you will receive more detailed equipment information, received updated information via e-mail delivery, and you will receive industry news.
  • 8¡BHow soon can I get the membership?
  • A : After you finish registering online, you will receive a user name and password within 24 hours.
  • 9¡BWhat is the scope of your used equipment services ?
  • A : Our used equipment service includes refurbishment, installation and warranty to our customers.
  • 10¡BWhat are the trading term?
  • A : Our standard trading term is EX-WORKS. All transportation fees, packing/cratingfees, customs fee and taxes are not included. These additional fees are paid by the customer. However, we are open to all different kinds of trading terms, on a case-by-case basis.
  • 11¡BCan I inspect the used equipment prior to purchase?
  • A : Of course you can. We will make the arrangements for you inspect the equipment prior to purchase. We will also accompany you when you inspect the used equipment.
  • 12. Do you provide after-services for me?
  • A : Yes, TOPCO can provide after-services for you.
  • 13. How long can I expect to have the equipment shipped to me?
  • A : It depends on the PO, Refurbishment period, packing / crating and shipping arrangement. Normally it takes about 10 to 12 weeks to deliver to your site.
