TOPCO Scientific Co. (TOPCO) is an integrated provider of products and services in the Semiconductor, Electronic Devices, Optoelectronics, and Environmental Engineering industries.

TOPCO has been in the used equipment sales and services market since 2000. TOPCO endeavors to provide quality service with complete customer satisfaction. . We supply customer demands for (1) Used Equipment; (2) Equipment Refurbishment; (3) De-installation and Installation; and (4) Warranty services for used equipment.

TOPCO also provides fab relocation services and new fab integration programs. Our processes ensure such critical set-ups as clean room construction, full-line planning with appropriate used equipment projections, equipment relocation, and equipment installation.

TOPCO's outstanding services are threefold: First, TOPCO has a strong used equipment network and resources to maintain good relationships with many pre-owned companies and brokers all over the world. Second, good relationships with customers in Taiwan and China over 15 years enables TOPCO to be the reliable service provider to buy cost-effective used equipment or relocate and sell the surplus/idle equipment as such needs arise. Third, TOPCO integrates refurbishment companies with engineers to provide refurbishment service, de-installation service and installation service to customers in the semiconductor used equipment field.

As a member of the Surplus Equipment Consortium Network, SEC/N Inc. TOPCO has access to tremendous resources to serve the customers' immediate needs. SEC/N is an association for used equipment brokers, with the majority of members being surplus vendors and used equipment refurbishment vendors and brokers. TOPCO is also a partner with Advanced Technology Services, Inc. (ATSI), one of the largest pre-owned companies in the world. TOPCO's strategic alliance as the sole agent for ATSI in Asia reinforces TOPCO's competitive edge for an additional 500 items of equipment in the used equipment business.
